Yoga in the Park🌳

Take a break and unwind with us in the peaceful setting of Normandy Oaks Park in Royal Oak. This all-levels outdoor Hatha yoga class is about slowing down, moving with intention, and enjoying the fresh air. You’ll be guided through simple postures, easy breathing, and light meditation to help you relax, reset, and feel more grounded. It’s a great way to ease stress and connect with a friendly community—surrounded by nature. Just bring a mat and some water. We’ve got the rest covered!

This class is free/donation-based, and all donations go to Namaste's Karma Yoga Fund—helping keep yoga accessible to all through scholarships and community outreach.
