Pop-Up Meditative Yoga & Sound Journey in the Park | Grant Park, Royal Oak

A gentle and meditative, nature-centered yoga practice open to all levels followed by a mystical sound journey.

Slow down, reconnect, and move with intention under the open sky. After a 30-minute soulful and nourishing practice, you'll rest as sound healing instruments fill the natural space.

Featuring a gong, frame drum, Cherokee-made drone flute, chimes and rattles, you'll come out of rest with a sense of peace and rejuvenation.

We usually gather under the pine trees on the east side of the soccer field in Grant Park BUT you may find us under the trees closer to Fourth St. It depends on the climate!

Bring something for underneath (yoga mat or blanket). Also bring water and have layers available.

This is a donation-based class.
Suggested donation is $10–$25 — your support is appreciated but never required. All are welcome.
