In past months, you've worked with fellow SAG-AFTRA Michigan members and local franchised agents to hone your cold read skills, learned about the self-tape audition process and received tips and tricks to make your self-tape look and sound its best.
This is your chance to put everything together for a mock casting.
Members who sign up will be provided sides to rehearse on Friday, Aug. 1 for a self-taped audition which will be due the following Monday, Aug. 4. We will then gather at Wink Talent on Wednesday, Aug. 6 to review and critique the auditions for educational purposes only.
If we run out of time for group review, local Detroit agency owner Rob Winkwort and his team will nonetheless review each submission and provide feedback on performance and technical details.

Pizza will be available from 6-6:30 p.m. The Conservatory will begin promptly at 6:30 p.m.

2 hour free street parking two blocks south on Washington.
Elevator access via South Entrance in the buildings permitted/handicap accessible lot.

This event is only open to active SAG-AFTRA members in good standing (paid through Oct. 31, 2025). No guests are allowed. Parents/guardians of performers under 18 years old are welcome.
