Meditative Yoga in the Park | Grant Park, Royal Oak

A nourishing outdoor yoga session at Grant Park in downtown Royal Oak. This all-levels class invites you to slow down, release tension, and reconnect with the natural world around you.

Whether you're new to yoga or returning to your mat, you'll find a welcoming space to move, breathe, and simply be. While resting at the end of practice, you'll hear a different live sound healing instrument each week.

We're usually under the pine trees on the east side of the soccer field. It's helpful to bring a blanket for under your mat, but not required. Please also bring water and layers in case of breeze or sun.

This is a donation-based class.
Suggested donation is $10–$25 — your support is appreciated but never required. All are welcome.
