Oakland County Health and Human Services is hosting a free family fun and resource expo for Oakland County residents on Tuesday, August 5 from 11 a.m. - 2 p.m. at Catalpa Oaks County Park in Southfield.
Enjoy food and fun activities for kids to enjoy while connecting with free health, breastfeeding and housing resources.
Event activities:
• Bounce house, splash pad and playground - Must wear socks on bounce house.
• Bike and car seat raffles
• Free vision screenings, exams and glasses for those 4-21 years old through Vision to Learn, as supplies last
• Free hearing screenings for all ages and basic ear exam from ENT physician from University of Michigan
• Free dental screenings for children entering Kindergarten
• Vaccine clinic for youth and adults
• Enroll in free health programs like WIC, Nutrition and home-visiting nursing
