Chocolate & Calm is a two-hour, in-person afternoon workshop designed for women who are craving space to breathe, connect, and rediscover joy in everyday moments.
Hosted by Vicky Thurkettle of Rawsome Chocolate, this creative and sensory-led session combines the therapeutic pleasure of craft chocolate making with gentle, meaningful conversation around self-care.
You'll be welcomed with tea or coffee before exploring chocolate through the senses—engaging in mindful tasting and hands-on making. Learn how to develop awareness and presence through texture, aroma, flavour, and the quiet ritual of crafting something beautiful.
Expect to slow down, enjoy meaningful conversation, and leave with your own handmade chocolates, plus a renewed sense of calm and connection.
