About the Event:
The CB TOUR Masters is back as the only major of the 2025 season – offering 500 more points than a standard event and a guaranteed $5,000 to the champion.
This year, the format is faster and more intense — no Cashers Round. Qualifying goes straight into the Top 30 bracket spots, split proportionally by division (Open & Under) based on percentage of the field.
Bracket Advancement Rules:
Open & Under spots split by percentage of entries
High Woman Out of the Cut advances
1 Game Desperado after final qualifying squad (1 game, 1 spot)
Top 4 seeds get a 3-round bye
Seeds 5–8 get a 1-round bye
Best-of-2 double elimination for the finals
Divisions & Eligibility:
Open Division: All bowlers
Under Division: CB TOUR Index 2.9 or lower, OR USBC Standard Avg 199 or lower
If no CB TOUR Index, USBC Standard Composite average from 2024–2025 will be used
Entry Fees:
Masters Entry: $185
Reentry: $110
Shootout Doubles: $50 per bowler
💵 $5,000 guaranteed for 1st place
Last year’s fund was $25,120 with 35 spots paid. Remaining payouts based on entries.
