Yoga in the Gardens with Barbara (with Mel subbing)

Mel will be offering a gentle yoga class this evening stepping in for Barbara. You will feel relaxed and refreshed.

We are asking that you RSVP for each class you plan to attend (see information below) due to the popularity of these sessions.
In addition to your yoga mat, we recommend a towel, water, sunblock, and layers as needed. Props, such as a yoga block (or a book 2 inches thick), and/or a yoga strap (or a man’s tie) are encouraged.

$10/class – payable by cash or check
Mondays 5:30 pm-6:30 pm with Barbara Meadows

If we have a WEATHER CANCELLATION, it will be communicated to those who have RSVPd. We are very much looking forward to a wonderful Fall season in the gardens.
