Sunset Stretch and Sound

Join us Wednesday evenings at Third Eye Mind in Rowlett, TX for our Sunset Stretch and Sound Bath on the outdoor open patio with a beautiful western view across Lake Ray Hubbard. Breathing exercise followed by some light stretching. Finishing the session with a 15-minute sound bath featuring crystal and Tibetian singing bowls, rain sticks, ocean drums, and more.
