Celebrate summer with our special Summer Fusion class—a 90-minute experience designed for all movers!
✨ You can choose: join just the first 30 min Summer Flow part, the 60 min Dance part, or enjoy the full journey! ✨
🌞 30 min Summer Flow:
We’ll gently wake up the body and muscles through a blend of yoga 🧘, contemporary dance 💃, and ballet-inspired movement 🩰. This section is all about feeling good, stretching out, and setting a positive tone for your day.
🔥 60 min Groove Back:
After the flow, dive into Groove Back! Each week, we explore a different dance style—You’ll get to try new rhythms 🎶, build confidence 💪, and have fun in a supportive, inclusive space 🤗.
