Yoga for Stress Management

Chronic stress can cause lots of harmful effects for your body and mind - inflammation, digestive issues, high blood pressure, insomnia, and anxiety - to name just a few. Figuring out how to REDUCE stress can be tricky because many stressors are not fully under your control. But what is under your control is how you MANAGE your stress.

Join Zelinda for this four week series to learn:

- Gentle, comfortable yoga sequences to help reduce the tension in your body
- Traditional breathing techniques to help you calm your nervous system
- Accessible mindfulness practices to help you stay present and clear-minded

Imagine how you’ll feel at the end of four short weeks: more ease in your body, more restful sleep, and a calmer mind. You’ll wonder why you didn’t start yoga sooner!

This series is appropriate for beginners and experienced practitioners. We teach yoga that is accessible for people with all kinds of bodies. Everyone is welcome.
