South Australia takes centre stage for our third Home Grown dining experience.

Guests will dine along a shared long table, set beneath soft candlelight and accompanied by a live jazz duo.

From Rottnest Island gin-cured Hiramasa to emu ravioli, ​​Kinkawooka mussels and char siu pork fillet, the menu weaves together inland heritage and coastal influence.

Paired with iconic wines from Bleasdale, Langmeil, Yalumba and more, this evening captures the incredible depth and diversity of South Australian cuisine.
