Workshop Challenges for Growth

While we make our decisions and create our path, we encounter experiences that can make it difficult to achieve our personal and professional goals – our challenges. Challenges can feel like there’s an obstacle in front of us, and are often accompanied by feelings of stress, fear, anxiety, worry, and other similar emotions.

Regardless of these feelings, challenges represent great opportunities for us to grow, to develop new skillsets, to learn about ourselves and the world, and to learn how to take charge of our life regardless of what comes our way. Challenges are often unique from person to person and so tell us something important about who we are and what we find difficult about life. They represent a signal and invite us to pay attention to something within us.

When we can take ourselves beyond the initial difficult feeling of our challenge, we can start to build and develop tools and solutions to face the challenge head on. Each challenge has many tools available that we can use to overcome it. The more tools we have in our toolbox, the easier it becomes the manage our challenges, and the more time, energy, and space we have to spend time on realizing our goals and enjoying life.

During this interactive workshop, you will learn about where challenges come from and the opportunities they represent. You will gain a better understanding into your unique life's challenges and will support each other to build a toolbox to confidently move forward in whatever challenge you come across in life.

Learning outcomes

By the end of the workshop, you:

1. Will have a better understand into where challenges come from and the opportunities they represent;
2. Will have a better understanding into your life challenges and how they affect your lives;
3. Will have learned an approach for flipping challenges into opportunities;
4. Will have learned practical tools and approaches to manage your challenges;
5. Will feel more excited to embrace and tackle personal and professional challenges.
