Kit Sebastian is like a tapestry of different sounds woven together by the most skilful hands, with the most precious products. Effortlessly meandering between French Pop, Anatolian psych and early rock ’n roll, Kit Sebastian captivate their audiences with moments of pure pop bliss, timeless nostalgia and seductive complexity. Their truly global approach to music invites the listener to travel between the streets of Istanbul, Paris and Rio: a joyous expression of vibrant grooves and sophisticated lyricism that transcends boundaries, borders and social-cultural preconceptions.

On their third album ‘New Internationale’, the duo seems to have found their sweet spot when it comes to the intricate blending of styles. With singer Merve singing in the Turkish language and multi-instrumentalist K. fully embracing the pluriform nature of culturally diverse music. It results in a highly infectious groove that rises above the status quo and avoids the beaten path of pop music.
