Apparently, free parking is still possible near the Mevlana mosque at Roel Langerakweg 25, 3041 JK Rotterdam!
Cheap parking is available at Mevlanaplein 1, 3022 EP Rotterdam or in the parking garage of Schaatsbaan 33, 3013AK Rotterdam.
