She is practiscing and teaching for many years and also she loves to share her techniques towards Headstand. Oftewel in Sanskriet: Sirsasana. De Koning van de Asana's.

Never tried it before? Or not yet stable in the posture? All welcome!

In this 90 mins. workshop, we will take enough steps carefully;

-Stretch/Warm-up with Sun Salutations

-Strengthen Shoulders, Abdomen

-Step by step towards Headstand in a fun and accessible way.

-Personal advise /adjustment
