Do you want to make art without feeling guilty or pressured that it has to be done in a certain way?

In this workshop we will paint and draw following some light art therapy-inspired prompts to release tension.

Small groups (up to 6 participants) ensure that we build a cosy, safe environment.

The focus will lie on feelings, not technique.

The location is in downtown Rotterdam (5 minutes walking from Central Station) in a cosy and private setting. Materials + coffee, tea and light snacks provided.
