A Gentle Somatic Workshop for Survivors
Grief after suicide is unlike any other. It’s complex, layered, and often misunderstood. Whether you’re newly bereaved or years into your healing journey, this workshop offers a safe, sacred space to reconnect with yourself and begin to release the emotional weight you’ve been carrying.
In this somatic-based workshop, you’ll learn science-backed tools to gently regulate your nervous system, release stored emotions, and begin feeling more grounded and empowered.
What You’ll Experience:
• A calming nervous system reset to shift from overwhelm to peace
• Chakra balancing to restore energetic flow and alignment
• A heart-centered guided meditation to connect with your loved one and your own inner strength
• A compassionate community that understands your grief
This is not a traditional grief support group—it’s a healing experience designed to meet you exactly where you are. Come as you are. No pressure. No expectations. Just a space where your grief is welcome, and your healing is honored. This group is facilitated by Jayne Madigan, Neuropsychotherapist, Master EFT Practitioner, and 33-Year Survivor of Suicide Loss.A Gentle Somatic Workshop for Survivors
