Join us for a nurturing and restorative evening under the gentle, intuitive energy of the New Moon in Cancer. This sacred gathering blends the heart-opening medicine of ceremonial cacao with the soothing vibrations of a 432 Hz Crystal Singing Bowl Sound Bath, inviting you to return home to yourself and set heartfelt intentions for the cycle ahead.
The Cancer New Moon encourages emotional healing, self-care, and deeper connection to your inner world. It’s a powerful time to plant seeds around home, family, intuition, and creating a sense of inner security.
Ceremonial cacao enhances this process by opening the heart, increasing mindfulness, and creating space for emotional release and self-compassion. It supports the immune system, boosts mood, and helps you connect more deeply with yourself and others.
As you come up to receive your cacao, you’ll be invited to pull an angel or inspiration card and receive words of encouragement to guide your intention setting and deepen your experience.
You’ll then be guided into a deeply relaxing sound bath with 432 Hz Crystal Singing Bowls, which promote emotional release, nervous system balance, and energetic alignment. These healing tones help melt away tension and invite a sense of peace, clarity, and renewal.
Come soften into the magic of the New Moon in Cancer, a time to come home to your heart and nourish your spirit.
Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, or pillow for comfort. Extra mats and blankets will be available.

Crissy Hester’s immense training in a wide range of healing modalities, along with her warm sense of humor, extensive life experience, and sincere passion to serve and empower others creates a truly one-of-a-kind healing experience. She offers a powerful yet gentle approach to spiritual awakening, healing, and manifesting by drawing on her intuition and vast understanding of ancient mystical traditions, mediumship, holistic health, music, energy work, and universal laws.
As an ordained minister, Crissy has practiced for over a decade as a mindfulness meditation instructor, life coach, metaphysical teacher, and energy healer. Crissy is a Reiki Master, with a variety of other certifications, including life coaching and sound healing. She’s also a musician and incorporates soothing lights and healing sounds of the crystal singing bowls in most all of her services.
She delights in making the connections between science and spirituality and incorporates this in her practice. She is a powerful intuitive and has a deep understanding as it relates to chakras and auras, cutting cords, and past life regression. In sessions, she may call upon archangels and spirit guides to bring guidance and assistance as well as connect with messages from your loved ones on the other side.
Crissy has served as a practitioner at The Open Mind Center since 2015 and professionally in the Atlanta area since 2012, with over 20 years in practice, she also brings over 10 years of prior experience from her roles in coaching, supervising teams, and developing training programs in the corporate world.
