Why are we leading these short evening rides?
- To show that there are low(er) stress routes around the neighborhood and “you CAN get there from here” by bike
- To get to know some neighbors who like to ride
- To learn little about safe and effective cycling and group riding

===== Specifics about this ride =====
Join us for a 7+ mile relatively low-stress bike ride from Adams Park. This ride takes us to the Boston Nature Center (where we'll get a taste of the area that can be best explored on foot) and we'll ride on some of the American Legion Highway protected bike lanes, a good bit of Franklin Park, and we'll head back to the Square via Washington Street.
Afterward, perhaps some drink or food in the Square, if anyone is interested.
As you arrive in Adams Park, if there are people there, please slow down or dismount - let's not disturb others who are using the park.
