Shell Collector Cookie Decorating Class

Join us in icing this gorgeous cookie set which is one of our most popular for Summer entertaining. The neutrals with a touch of sparkle in this class will bring your cookie set to the next level!

In this class we will decorate 6 amazing cookies:

1 Starfish

1 Conch Shell

1 Scallop Shell

1 Sand Dollar

1 House Heart

1 Clam

As in all of our cookie workshops Dani provides a step by step "how to ice" demonstration of each cookie then each participant decorates their own version. Icing decorating candy and all supplies included. Participants take home a box of cookies they decorated.

All supplies included. Ages 12 and up. Registration for this event will close Wednesday August 14th. This class will be approx. 1.5 to 2 hours long and could run over depending on speed of icers in class.

COOKIE WORKSHOP FAQ:

Ticketholders at Tables Only: Due to room capacity constraints in our space we are only able to accommodate cookie icers at our tables. If you would like to be seated with other cookie icers who are registered under another name please let us know in advance (the week before) as we pre-assign seating for each workshop and can not accommodate last minute seat changes. Drop off welcome for kids in certain classes: age requirement for drop off is 10 and up.

Flu/ Covid/ Sick Policy: We are a small studio with communal tables. Please do not come to our studio if you are not feeling well. If you are getting over an illness but still coughing please bring a mask.

Timing: Please arrive promptly or 5 minutes before class. Due to our limited capacity we can not accommodate any earlier arrivals. We do have a bench outside for waiting. The workshop will last for an hour and a half to two hours depending on class speed of icing each cookie.

Coffee and Snacks: BYOB welcome. No outside food allowed. You may pre purchase snacks to enjoy during class from our add on menu. There is a coffee shop next door to our studio. There are also many fun places nearby to grab a cocktail or meet up for lunch before or for dinner afterward. Ask us for recommendations.

Cookie Allergy Disclaimer: Sweet Dani B cookies are preservative free and are baked with the freshest ingredients... butter eggs sugar flour and a few secret ingredients that make them extra yummy. Our recipe does not include nuts but our cookies and icing is made in a kitchen where nuts are present. In the workshop we will be using various candies to decorate our cookies some of which originate in facilities that process nuts. Our royal icing is made with sugar and meringue powder.

Photo Release: We take lots of photos in our workshops. Please let us know if you prefer not to be photographed.

Parking: Parking in Asbury Park is pay at the meter parking. You can also download the ASBURY PARK app.

Dining In the Area: If you are attending this cookie workshop and would like to grab a bite do not miss the deliciousness of the restaurants in Asbury Park! There are many restaurants in walking distance to our shop and others that are just a 5 minute drive away. Email us for recommendations.

Refunds: Due to limited seating and the individual prep work required for each cookie icer in attendance our cookie workshops are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend you are more than welcome to transfer your seat to someone else. (We suggest via post on instagram that we can re-share for you) In some cases we can pack up your cookies to go for you to DIY at home as an alternate option- this option is time sensitive so be aware. We can also decorate your set of cookies for you to pick up at a later date.
