About the event

Cookies and Good Trouble

Come celebrate Congressman John Lewis’s legacy of making “good trouble” in advocating for racial justice. Children’s Librarain Miss Celeste will read Because of You, John Lewis: The Making of a Remarkable Friendship by Andrea Davis Pinkney. After the book, children will be invited to make signs advocating for causes that are important to them. Cookies will provided by the Friends of the Roslindale Library.
