Affordable and inclusive Kung Fu training focused on self defense. We welcome any and all adults and teens to train with us. Stop in during class time to observe, or come prepared to step onto the floor and TRY ONE CLASS FOR FREE. This is a safe place to train, regardless of your background or experience.

This martial arts training is based in the Southern Dragon style of Kung Fu. The Yinglong system is unique in that we focus on the practical aspects of traditional training, with the primary goal of increasing personal safety. As such, our watchwords are always: Practical, Efficient, Effective. Our training is based around those core principles. As a system that focuses on self defense, the motions tend to be direct, simple and powerful. Yet Yinglong still brings you the graceful, mindful, and disciplined aspects of Kung Fu. A good martial art should be life enhancing as well as life saving.
