Join us for a donation-based soundbath centered on whole-body healing and inner restoration. This gentle, immersive experience will begin with a guided Yoga Nidra meditation designed to help you envision your healthiest, most vibrant self.
As you rest into this vision, the healing frequencies of a gong, crystal bowls, chimes, and other sound instruments will support your journey—amplifying intention, easing tension, and encouraging deep relaxation.
Whether you're seeking physical healing, emotional release, or a moment of peace, this session invites you to simply receive. No prior experience necessary—just come as you are and pay what you can.
