Join Aubree Gail for The Rest Ritual -- a sacred pause to reconnect to inner balance. Restorative Yoga with Aubree is an opportunity to provide the community with a grounding experience--one that encourages participants to breathe deeply, reset, and truly restore. We believe in the transformative power of slowing down and nurturing our nervous systems.

Teacher Bio:
Aubree is an E-RYT 500 yoga teacher, Reiki healer, and lifelong student of ancestral traditions, with a deep commitment to daily mindful practice and study. Aubree's yoga journey was born out of the spirit of healing, inspiring her to pursue advanced training in trauma-informed yoga and Elevated Yoga. Aubree's teaching style embraces hybridity within the whole being, offering a nurturing and intentional approach that creates a space for students to explore the therapeutic and transformative aspects of yoga.

Throughout June, Aubree is also currently teaching on Wednesdays at Body Balance Yoga Studio from noon to 1:00 PM in partnership with Thrive Umpqua as part of the Well-Being Challenge!
