Free Mental Health Fun Day

Join us to relax and de-stress at our free, adult-focused, family-friendly, fun day on Saturday, September 13, 2025 (Suicide Prevention Week).

We will have mindful activities for the adults, such as yoga and MYO stress ball, fun activities for the kids, such as face painting and bouncy house, as well as a few local vendors, raffle baskets and 50/50 raffle, your favorite comfort foods, live acoustic music, and information that can help you or a loved one during a difficult time.
