Welcome to our Cheerleading Clinic designed specifically for beginners! This clinic focuses on the fundamentals of stunting and movement patterns essential for cheerleading. Whether you're new to cheer or looking to improve your skills, this program will provide you with the necessary tools and techniques.

Clinic Overview
Duration: 90 minutes
Age Group: 4 years and up
6:00 PM – 8:00 PM

What You Will Learn
Basic Stunting Techniques: Introduction to safety measures, proper body positioning, and basic stunts.

Movement Patterns: Learning how to transition between different movements and stunts smoothly.

Teamwork and Communication: Understanding the importance of working together and effective communication during routines.

Flexibility and Strength Training: Exercises to improve flexibility and strength necessary for stunting.

What to Bring
