We’ll begin with a gentle grounding and breathwork practice to settle into the present and cultivate inner balance—mirroring the natural equilibrium of the equinox.
From this centered place, you’ll be guided through a deeply calming, imagery-rich 30-40 minute meditation focused on themes of balance, release, and preparation for the season ahead. This inward journey invites reflection, gratitude for the growth of the past seasons, and openness to the quieter months to come.
Following the meditation, we’ll gather for a hands-on, heart-centered activity: creating your own fall tea blend. Using a variety of dried herbs, flowers, and spices, you’ll be guided in crafting a personalized, seasonally inspired tea—one that supports warmth, grounding, and nourishment as we move into autumn.
This experience is a chance to slow down, tune in, and create something meaningful and soothing to carry with you through the fall.
