As the days grow shorter and the air begins to shift, take time to pause, reflect, and prepare your body and mind for the transition into fall.
We’ll begin with a grounding and breathwork practice to help center ourselves and connect more deeply with the present moment—inviting calm, clarity, and openness to seasonal change.
From this rooted place of stillness, you’ll be gently guided through a 30–40-minute fall-themed meditation rich in imagery and symbolism, honoring the natural cycle of release and renewal that autumn brings.
Following the meditation, we’ll transition into a nature-inspired creative practice: leaf tracing. Using collected leaves, we’ll explore shape, color, and texture to create a simple, tracing or rubbing of leaves with colors of your choice. This meditative craft celebrates the beauty and transformation of the season.
This experience invites you to slow down, reconnect with nature, and welcome fall with intention and creativity.
Come as you are, with an open mind and comfortable clothing, and leave feeling grounded, inspired, and aligned with the rhythms of the season.
