As the seasons begin to change, take time to slow down and reconnect with yourself through a nourishing session of gentle movement and guided meditation—designed to support your well-being during the transition into fall.
Our evening will include:
We'll begin by grounding and centering, gently attuning to the energy of the space and settling into presence with ourselves and one another.
Then, we’ll move into a 25–30-minute mindful movement practice—soft, accessible, and intended to release what no longer serves us as we make space for the season ahead.
Next, a few minutes of calming breathwork will help to further ground the body and quiet the mind, preparing us for deep relaxation and reflection.
You'll then be invited to lie down or sit comfortably—supported by mats and props—as we move into a 20–30-minute guided meditation, rich in seasonal imagery and centered around self-care, release, and renewal for the coming fall.
Come as you are, with an open mind and comfortable clothing, and leave feeling balanced, relaxed, and renewed.
