Tuesdays at 5:00 pm central time AND
Thursdays at 9:00 am central time
You can expect to move slowly and mindfully through postures and transitions, learning to care for yourself along the way, perfect for beginners and all levels.

Kira has being practicing yoga for over 20 years. and is a Yoga Alliance 500hr certified yoga teacher.
Over the years, her practice has evolved and deepened to take a more spiritual and holistic approach.
The desire to share her gratitude for the healing practice of yoga with others led her to complete her 200-hour Teacher Training with the Kula Collective in Tennessee in June of 2019.
Over the years, she has taught in nursing homes, sharing breath and movement with seniors, community park yoga, studio, and private classes.
Wanting to dive deeper she completed her 300 hour teacher training at Balance yoga studio in Seaside Florida, April 2023.
Kira teaches to all levels, creating an accessible class with a focus on breath and movement, while honoring ancient tradition.
She is passionate about holistic healing modalities leading her to hold certifications in Sound Therapy, Trauma Informed Yoga, Integrative Nutrition and Recovery coaching, as well as being Reiki Master Teacher.
Kira enjoys spending time with her dog Harrison, painting, pottery, learning and exploring.
Yoga is truly a gift and something to share, on and off the mat.
