Gong Sound Bath Immersion – Guided Sound Therapy + Meditation in Palos Verdes

Join us at The Sound Bath Studio for a deeply immersive group experience of Sound Therapy, Guided Meditation, and Nervous System Restoration.
This 2-hour in-person session invites you to fully relax into the healing vibrations of Symphonic Gongs, Quartz Crystal Singing Bowls, Tibetan Bowls, Earth-based drums, and other sacred instruments, all tuned to the structure of primal sound and vibrational coherence.

Sound Bath Immersions are a modern blend of ancient sound healing traditions and science-backed sound therapy techniques that help the body and mind return to a state of balance. The frequencies used in this session promote brainwave entrainment, allowing you to enter deeply meditative alpha-theta states where emotional release, energetic clearing, and cellular regeneration can occur.

This is not a music performance. It is a nervous system reset, designed to support your healing, inner clarity, and stress recovery.

• Doors close at 8:10 PM sharp to protect the group container

Minimum age for attendance is 16 years old

• Full refunds available if canceled 5 days before the event (Eventbrite fees are non-refundable)
