If you're not wanting mtb'ing lessons with John Long (out at Fellows Lake ( https://www.facebook.com/share/185yGNFdBC/), then maybe this option is for you.............Thursday nights. Gravel. Beer. Pizza. Show and Go. 15-16 mph moving speed average (roughly). 27'ish miles. A good chunk of it gravel.
