Moving-U Cardio Fitness Class

Our next installment of the Moving-U Cardio Fitness Class is for EVERYONE! Whether you’re just starting your fitness journey or you’re already crushing your goals, our Cardio Fitness Class is designed to meet you where you are—and take you even further! The first class begins TONIGHT at 6:00pm at the Parks & Recreation building. The class is $5 at the door, so grab a friend and come workout with us!
