Have you been thinking about getting more active but don’t know where to start? Our Couch to 5K program is the perfect first step! This FREE 9-week training plan is designed for beginners and will gently guide you from walking to running at your own pace With ACE Certified Personal Trainer Neal Ewing! The first class is this Thursday, May 1st, starting at 6pm at the City Park Stage.

Here’s the best part: You’ll finish your journey with a celebratory 5K run on July 4th, just in time to kick off the holiday with fireworks, fitness, and fun!
