Bend & Brew: Yoga Flow at Ripple Effect Brewery w/ Amy

Join us for a laid-back and welcoming Yoga Flow right in the heart of your favorite brewery! Whether you're brand new to yoga or just looking for a chill class to stretch and reset, this all-levels flow is designed to help you unwind, move your body, and have a little fun while you're at it.

We'll guide you through a gentle, accessible sequence that focuses on breath, balance, and basic postures — no experience (or flexibility!) required. After class, stick around to enjoy a cold brew and connect with our awesome community.

What to Bring:
-A yoga mat
-Water bottle
-Comfortable clothes you can move in
-A friend (optional, but encouraged!)
