Building on Friday’s insights, this workshop offers a more immersive look at two transformative frameworks:
• The logismoi: psychic roots of inner fragmentation
• The nafs: stages of ego purification in Sufi psychology

Rather than repress these inner forces, both traditions treat them as the raw material of spiritual alchemy.

We’ll also explore teachings from:
• Reza Arasteh, who saw Sufism as a map for psychological wholeness
• Thomas Merton, who envisioned contemplation as a path beyond religious and egoic boundaries

Together, we’ll reflect on the emergence of the “universal person” — one who lives in heart-centered awareness, rooted in relation to the soul of the world.
