Join us for a night of fun, food, and drinks at Carbone's Prime! Our Summer Kickoff Social is the perfect way to celebrate the start of the season with delicious lobster sliders, fish tacos, raw bar, build-your-own burgers, music, and local libations.

Each Ticket includes:

• 2 Food or Drink Tokens for stations - Paul & Vinnie's will be slinging Lobster Sliders, A Build-Your-Own Prime Burger Station, Fish Tacos, and More.

• +$1 - Buck o' Shuck Oysters and Little Necks available all night - learn to shuck your own or have our team do it for you!

Menu Highlights:

• Hot buttered Lobster Roll - house made potato bun, Maine lobster, garlic butter, cornichon aioli
• Lobster Salad Roll - house made potato bun, Maine lobster, mayo, herbs, lemon
• Halibut Fish Taco - dill aioli, caponata, blackened halibut, pickled onions.
• Burger Sliders - Carbone's house-blend burger, American cheese served alongside add-your-own accoutrements. Including: Prime sauce, sriracha aioli, bacon jam, yellow mustard, ketchup, onions, lettuce, tomato, pickles, pickled onions and more.
• Raw Bar: Sixpenny Oysters, Little Neck Clams served alongside our limoncello mignonette, a seasonal passionfruit mignonette, horseradish, lemons, and classic cocktail sauce.

$45 per person plus tax and tip added at check out.
