Whether you're interested in learning Reiki for self care or planning to offer it to others, Reiki is a wonderful addition to your life. This Level 1 class is open to everyone interested in learning about Reiki and will give you all the basics you need to understand Reiki and be able to practice on yourself and others. Class will cover:
• Understanding Reiki
• The History of Reiki
• Review of the Chakra system
• Reiki I attunement process
• Basics of conducting a session
• Using a pendulum to determine energetic blocks
The book learning and lecture portion of the class take place in the morning with built in time for discussion. All participants will have an opportunity to give and receive a Reiki session and we'll end the day with a self-Reiki session.
The cost for this class is $175, which includes the Reiki 1st and 2nd Degree training manual published by the International Center for Reiki Training. Upon completion of this training, each student will be a Certified Reiki I Practitioner.
