Honor your time together for Mother’s Day weekend.
Mother's are special and so is the relationship of Mother/Daughter, Mother/Son or Special bonds that form with a woman who holds a nurturing space like a mother. Maybe another Mom friend who supports you in sisterhood and the ups and downs of Mothering.


Make time to honor this special bond and create
space to deepen your connection.
We will start with partner breath-work and a guided
meditation.
Followed by gentle somatic movement, restorative yoga and sound therapy.
The session will end with yoga nidra.
(Ages 16 to 99)
Bring a journal if you desire, wear comfortable clothes and This workshop is led by Micheline DeBono, 500 YRT, Energy Worker and Sound Healer. Micheline has been practicing yoga and energy work for almost 2 decades, working with different modalities she works on creating unique healing experiences through movement, Breathwork and sound therapy using different modalities and instruments.
