Rebecca Pinkham-Stevenson is a multidisciplinary strategist and founder of Beaux & Arrows, where she has led thousands of transformational experiences across personal identity, business architecture, and emotionally intelligent leadership. Her photographic work is rooted in trauma-informed presence and is internationally recognized for its ability to document not just how a subject appears, but how they feel, know, and lead.
Her methodology is original and interdisciplinary. Her career includes leadership across broadcast media, retail operations, hospitality, nonprofit governance, and brand psychology. She is a certified expert in over one hundred continuing education programs, with formal study through HarvardX, Stanford, the University of Southern Maine, Sandhills Community College, Chamber of Commerce Leadership Programs, and more. She has founded and gifted four nonprofit organizations focused on equity, education, and emotional wellness, while proudly holding Committee Member positions for the AFSP, and sponsoring organizations like Autism Speaks, Space to Breathe, Safe Voices, and Maine Needs.
