August Mile Madness Training Run

We are excited to take some laps together and share some running tips. Do you want to know how to prepare your feet to reduce blisters? How about tips to run more efficiently on trail? We are here to not only share some miles, but grow together. We will be raffling off 5 Mile Madness shirts to those who show up.
