During my sessions, you’ll be gently guided through calming breath work accompanied by relaxing music, setting your intentions and desires in your journal, and a beautiful meditation to release those intentions into the universe. I love to encourage self-love practices and help you connect with your inner being, supporting the release of any negative thoughts—both about yourself and others. We’ll focus on chakra realignment and energy balancing, followed by immersive sound healing with various instruments for deep relaxation and manifestation. I may walk around to tune into your energy and offer a personalized mantra to support you in the moment. We’ll close with an uplifting oracle card message to take home, ensuring you leave with a sense of release, positivity, and peace.
