Yoga classes for those who have always wanted to try yoga but who may have felt a little intimidated to walk into a class.

This 5-week beginner course is for EVERY BODY.

This class encourages laughing at ourselves and not taking life too seriously.

Teaching the fundamentals of yoga in a fun, playful manor.

A five week introductory journey into breathwork, meditation, and yogic techniques.

By week five, you will be flipping yourself into headstands..

No, not really.

But you can always give anything a try!!
