Bring the gorgeous Art of Resin to your home and serve up some creativity along with your food! If you’re like us and you live, eat and breathe all things creative, you'd best be joining us for this workshop. In this workshop you will be learning the basics for working with resin as your medium.
The workshop will cover safety with resin, equipment guide, mixing mediums, essential knowledge with working with resin and must know tips and tricks. We will be creating a beach theme resin with the dark blues, sky blues, sea green colours. In our resin art homewares workshop, you will be creating 1 x cheeseboard.
These make for wonderful gifts and are a real kitchen statement piece.
Please note that resin takes 24-48 hours to dry. You will need to leave your pieces here safely with us for a couple of days to harden. All artworks can be picked up after that period. We recommend 5 days at a minimum before they get transported.
WARNING: Due to some use of isopropyl alcohol, this class is not suitable for pregnant women and children under 18 years of age. If you are particularly sensitive to fumes, please bring a respirator mask for use during the class. Also, please advise if you have an allergy to latex, as gloves are to be worn. MSDS Sheets are available on request.
