Wellness Wednesdays Workshops are tailored to address the specific needs of the Rockford community by delivering free, accessible, and comprehensive mental health education aimed at empowering participants to enhance their resilience and improve overall health.
This one-hour interactive workshop focuses on the emotional and psychological challenges faced by individuals living with long-term medical conditions.
Participants will explore the connection between physical and mental health, learn coping strategies for managing stress, anxiety, and depression, and gain tools for building resilience.
