VIM Monthly Potluck (Vegetarians In Motion)

VIM will have their May potluck/meeting on Tuesday January 6th, 2026 (the 2nd Tuesday of each month) at 6:00 pm at Our Savior’s Lutheran Church in the Social Hall. OSLC is located 3301 Corbridge Lane, Rockford. Use the main entrance on Corbridge Lane across from the large parking lot. Please bring a vegetarian or vegan dish that serves at least 8. Dishes should be labeled if they contain dairy, egg and/or honey & if it’s gluten free. We also request you bring your own table service (plate, bowl, cup & silverware) and serving utensils. Recipes are always appreciated. This month will feature a film (to be announced) and the event will be free. VIM also collects used home printer ink cartridges as an easy fundraiser. Please bring the cartridges to a VIM meeting.

All are welcome! You do not need to be vegan or vegetarian to attend - only your potluck dish needs to be.
