Sunday Healing Circle

Come sit in a circle with like minded individuals and experience one of my healing circles. We will be doing a variety of healing exercises to leave you feeling less stressed when you leave to help you through the week ahead. All judgment is left at the door when you arrive this is a safe and sacred space to be vulnerable and share your struggles. We use sound, writing, crystals, learn mudras, activations/meditations and a variety of other things to heal ourselves. Come check out one of my circles, it's a monthly event.
