Grounded at Atwood - October

Immerse yourself in yoga among the trees! Grounded at Atwood will be a one-hour yoga flow class that combines Yin and Vinyasa Yoga. Join local yoga instructor Marie Bridges from 9 am to 10 am for a peaceful morning overlooking the scenic oaks, hickories, and sycamores from the floor-to-ceiling windows of Lupton Hall.

This Yoga class is designed to marry breath with movement, using a sequence of postures that engage the muscles, improve flexibility, and promote mindfulness.

Join us to move your body, calm your mind, and flow through an uplifting practice that nourishes both body and soul.

Whether you're new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, this class is designed to be accessible to all who are willing to try. Leaving you feeling refreshed, relaxed, and grounded.

All ages are welcome. Ages 14 and up must be accompanied by an adult The fee for this class is $15 per person. Spaces are limited, so please register in advance. Please bring a yoga mat and a water bottle, and please arrive at the north entrance of Atwood Park - 2685 New Milford School Road, and meet at Atwood Center.
