Automatic writing workshop at Womanspace

Come explore automatic writing, a technique which can give you access to your higher self. For many, writing is a way to get those thoughts swirling aournd in our heads to calm down. Or to explore solutions a bit more clearly. This can work like meditation, where we listen AND write.

We will practice in a playful way to get words on paper (or screen) spontaneously with no judgement. This practice is a lovely way of expression without overthinking. None of your results are right or wrong, just interesting and often surprising and insightful.

Note that our workshop is held on the beautiful grounds of Womenspace in Rockford IL.
